CSPH to Feature Info on Sexual Wellness Programs at Sex Expo NY

NEW YORK — The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (CSPH) will be offering information on its sexual wellness and education programs at Sex Expo New York 2017, presented by Chaturbate and set for Sept. 23-24 at the Brooklyn Expo Center.

“We’ll have information about our in-person and online programs and ways to support our work and a collection of pleasure enhancement products from our favorite companies,” said Melanie Lucash, a volunteer/spokesperson for CSPH and its former social media coordinator. “You’ll meet our newest board member, dedicated volunteers and even some alumni from our internship program. Come by, say ‘hi,’ and learn how you can be a part of the sex-positive movement.”

The Brooklyn show will feature showcases and product demonstrations from top manufacturers of pleasure products and sex toys.

Lucash said, “The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health is so eager to see everyone at this year’s Sex Expo (New York.) We hope to meet more folks who share our vision of a world where pleasure is viewed as an integral part of sexual health and people can engage in open dialogue about sexuality without fear or shame. Visit our table to learn more about how we are advancing medically (with) accurate, culturally-inclusive, pleasure-informed sex education, therapy and professional development across the country.”

Pleasure products manufacturer We-Vibe is serving as registration sponsor for Sex Expo New York 2017. And The Pleasure Chest, official sex education sponsor and one of the U.S.’ top adult retail chains, is presenting workshops on a wide range of topics.

The Brooklyn Expo Center is located at 72 Noble Street in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint area and is within walking distance of the MTA’s Greenpoint Avenue subway station, which is served by the G Train.
