Eldorado Offers Latest 'Elevate U' Lesson

BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Eldorado Trading Company has announced the release of the 11th lesson in its Elevate U e-learning series, “Dress Me Up, Tie Me Down — BDSM Basics.”

According to the company, its BDSM Basics lesson marks the beginning of the expert level courses and focuses on giving retailers the pertinent information needed to support their customers in having safe and satisfying BDSM experiences. Also included in this lesson are different safety precautions that are an integral part of BDSM play as well as ways to support customers in recognizing signs of physical harm that could cause long-term damage. This lesson also covers different types of sensation play.

“BDSM has enjoyed more popularity and acceptance than ever before, and as a result it’s essential that adult retailers are able to offer practical education and resources to customers at different levels of experience,” Kira Manser, Clinical Director at The Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health (CSPH) and one of the personalities of Elevate U said. “Lesson 11 of Elevate U covers basic safety and product knowledge in The CSPH’s classic fun but fact-based style.”

Eldorado’s Elevate U 16-lesson e-learning series covers a variety of sexual health topics that go beyond product focus. The lessons are intended to empower Eldorado’s retailers with accurate sexual health information so they can confidently and correctly answer sexual health-related questions. With this knowledge, retailers can offer customers an excellent in-store experience in order to create repeat business, become a trusted community resource in their community and have a competitive advantage.

Since Elevate U’s launch at the beginning of the year, the program has seen more than 500 students enrolled in the program thus far.

“In an industry that is constantly changing with new products and information, Elevate U has given our team of retail sex educators new and up-to-date information about sexual health and well-being and product information,” says Amy Schoff of Dick & Jane’s Naughty Spot in South Dakota. “Being able to better inform our customers about products and sexual health has increased our sales and customer satisfaction. I would recommend Elevate U to any retail store looking to educate their customer, and help them make informed decisions about their purchases.”

The e-learning series is available to active Eldorado customers as an added value to working with Eldorado and lessons will continue to be released throughout the remainder of the year.
