According to an LFP representative, all new titles released by Hustler and VCA will be repackaged and updated with Portuguese subtitles, to be distributed locally by Red Angel's Sao Paulo-based company Platinum Plus.
"Hustler is a worldwide brand recognized throughout the world," Red Light District President David Joseph told XBIZ. "Even though we both offer very different — and very popular — content, the deal will add considerable value to both sides."
Joseph said he's worked with LFP in the past in broadcasting deals with the Hustler TV channel, which he called a "tremendous success," and because there are millions of Brazilians — and millions of potential customers — he believes it's an important market not yet tapped to its fullest potential.
LFP President Michael Klein said his company looks forward to venturing its business into South America.
“Hustler is the world’s most recognized adult brand," Klein said, "and we are confident that the Brazilian customer will welcome our product.”
A company representative said that LFP will release up to six titles each month, and that the number will grow as the year continues.
Starting in July, customers will be able to enjoy the release of Hustler's "Aphrodisiac," "Barely Legal School Girls 2," "Busty Beauties: Big Brazilian Boobs" and VCA's "Over 40 MILFS."
