Adam & Eve Taps Will Ryder Again Following 'Bad Babes' Success

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Adam & Eve Pictures has announced it will continue its relationship with Will Ryder for another year, signing the director to create more original feature movies.

According to a rep, the huge success of Ryder's “Bad Babes Inc.” inspired the North Carolina-based company to reach out to Ryder and his production partner Scott David to see if they were interested in writing and producing in 2018.

"With 'Bad Babes Inc.' getting so many nominations, we wanted to line up these guys for next year and continue the winning streak," said Rachel V, head of production for Adam & Eve Pictures.

That streak, according to Ryder, dates all the way back to 2006 when Ryder and David first met with Adam & Eve to discuss making movies.

"We didn't know too much about producing movies back then but I remember watching a lot of Brad Armstrong films and we got super lucky and created ‘Not Bewitched XXX’ as one of our first feature movies,” Ryder said.

According to Ryder, the parody helped launch the modern parody gold rush. To view the SFW trailer, click here.

"We took a shot with these guys back in the day and they've been delivering hit-after-hit for us ever since," said Bob Christian, Adam & Eve's director of new business. "‘Bad Babes Inc.’ starring Katie Morgan and a really great cast I might add, is definitely their best movie yet. It's just fantastic.

“The one thing with these guys is we always get a beautifully produced story and they never do the same thing twice,” Christian said. “In fact we're eagerly anticipating ‘Cursed XXX’ which is their first paranormal thriller starring Riley Reid. It's just a great relationship that we want to continue."

David said, "We couldn't be happier to be included in the conversation with some of the great producers and directors they have over there.”

“Bad Babes Inc.” earned the following nine XBIZ Award nominations: Comedy Release of the Year, Best Actress Comedy Release — Katie Morgan, Best Actor Comedy Release — Ryan Ryder, Best Supporting Actress — Kat Dior, Best Supporting Actor — Seth Gamble, Best Non-Sex Performance — Frank Bukkwyd, Best Sex Scene Comedy Release — Adriana Chechik/Ryan Ryder, Best Sex Scene Comedy Release — Kat Dior/Moe "The Monster" Johnson and Marketing Campaign of the Year.
