Steve Javors Named Managing Editor of XBIZ Video Magazine

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that Steve Javors has been promoted to the position of managing editor of XBIZ Video magazine.

Javors has been employed as a staff writer with XBIZ for more than a year, writing daily news stories, feature articles and company profiles on a range of subjects for both the Internet and video sides of the industry. His new position begins immediately.

As managing editor, Javors will oversee all editorial components of XBIZ Video magazine, a trade monthly that delivers timely and pertinent news, information and insight for adult entertainment studios, novelty manufacturers, retailers and distributors.

“Steve is without question the right man for the job,” XBIZ publisher Tom Hymes said. “He is honest, talented, diligent and most important of all, he is passionate about this industry. Quite honestly, I have never met someone who wanted a job as much as Steve wants to be editor of this magazine. If his skills are even half his desire, we have a winner on our hands, and I am certain that once everyone in the industry gets to know him – if they haven’t already – they will agree that we have made a very smart move.”

"I'm really excited to be taking on this new role within the company," Javors said. "After being on the scene for only a little over a year, XBIZ Video has truly established itself as the leading news source for the adult entertainment industry. Being named managing editor begins an exciting new phase in my career and I plan on making the most of it.

"I am determined to continue XBIZ Video's mission of providing comprehensive and unbiased news. As a young, dynamic, tech-focused company, I feel that XBIZ Video is in a unique position to give companies the information they need to succeed in today's digital age."
