Shane’s World Sets Up 'VirginTape.com' for Katee Holmes

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Adult production company Shane’s World has set up VirginTape.com to promote new performer Katee Holmes, a virgin who will have sex for her first time on camera for a video to be titled "True Diary: I’m a Virgin."

The 18-year-old performer has already received attention by TMZ.com and the New York Post for her name's similarity to mainstream actress Katie Holmes.

The site will promote the upcoming video. "We'll put whatever updates we have up there," Shane's World Vice President of Sales Megan Stokes told XBIZ. "We'll put the trailer there, photo galleries, information on who she's going to choose for her first girl-girl scene, and who she ends up choosing for her boy-girl scene. It'll be updated as news comes."

"Katee will be involved with the casting sessions, and we're going to shoot it all," Stokes said. "Howard Stern has shown some interest in her story."

Stokes admitted that Shane's World had some initial misgivings about working with Holmes.

"When we met her and talked to her, we realized that she wants to be in control of this," Stokes said. "Every girl looks back and wishes for the white curtains and the light wind and the candles and the chocolate, and no girl has ever had that. She consciously made the decision that she wants it to be really good. She's getting to design the whole thing. And we're going to pay for the whole thing.

"The human interest of this story is going to be a big part of it."
