MONTREAL — All-girl studio Sweetheart Video and new director Ricky Greenwood have released a teaser trailer for his upcoming sophomore lesbian feature, “Becoming Elsa.”
The film set to release in early spring presents a young woman’s coming-of-age story with an unexpected twist. Adult superstars Elsa Jean, Charlotte Stokely, Cherie DeVille, India Summer, Abella Danger, Ana Foxxx and Jade Kush are the all-star cast in “Becoming Elsa.”
Written and directed by newcomer and multi-award-nominated Ricky Greenwood, “Becoming Elsa” presents an intimate and passionate tale of sexual awakening with an unexpected turn.
Greenwood’s first movie for Sweetheart Video, “Confessions of a Sinful Nun,”received numerous 2018 XBIZ Awards nominations, including for Screenplay of the Year, Best Cinematography, Best Art Direction, Best Music, Best Editing, Best Actress in an All-Girl Release, Best Supporting Actress and All-Girl Release of the Year for a Feature.
XBIZ was on the set of “Becoming Elsa” in December, later offering a peek at Greenwood’s second big-budget adult production earlier this year in a story here.
“Coming off the huge success of ‘Confessions of a Sinful Nun,’ I want to continue capturing all-girl eroticism in its purest form,” Greenwood said. “However, this film gives Sweetheart fans the ultimate lesbian coming-of-age experience, while blending Elsa’s perceived innocence with dramatic twists and first time sexual experiences.”
Jean, meanwhile, said her lead role in “Becoming Elsa” was an “amazing opportunity” because of the movie’s unique storyline.
“I’m so happy I was picked for this role,” Jean said. “I had such a fun time shooting this unique storyline. It was definitely very different from what I usually do and such a cute idea.”
Stokely also found that Greenwood’s “Becoming Elsa” script was captivating, calling it “fantastic.”
“I loved playing Elsa’s sexually deviant conscience,” Stokely said. “Ricky Greenwood has yet again, brought a sexy and fun look into human sexuality.”
