Ty Lebeouf Signs Exclusive Deal With Hot House

SAN FRANCISCO — Hot House Entertainment Inc. has announced that Ty LeBeouf has signed an exclusive deal with the studio, bringing the total number of exclusive contract stars on the Hot House label to six.

“Once I met everyone at Hot House, I knew they were my kind of people,” LeBeouf. “I was a little surprised when they offered me an exclusive contract, but I had no hesitation in signing. Becoming one of The Men Of Hot House really is a dream come true.”

LeBeouf will make his Hot House debut in a release slated for this summer entitled “Trunks 4: White Heat” — the latest episode in Hot House owner/director Steven Scarborough’s series of swimwear-focused titles.

“We had an incredible line-up of stars for ‘Trunks 4,’ but the moment Ty appeared on set even the most seasoned members of the crew were blown away,” Scarborough said. “Ty is an amazing package of energy, masculinity, muscles and personality and is a welcome addition to The Men of Hot House.”

Scarborough told XBIZ that the personality and presence of their contract stars is every bit as important as their good looks.

“They aren’t just good performers, they really show well too,” Scarborough said. “They make the rounds and really raise our visibility, particularly in areas that aren’t on the coast. They work the smaller towns, too, and this really helps us stand out from the competition.”

LeBeouf said having a good time and helping others to do the same all comes naturally to him.

“I’m told by my friends that there’s never a dull moment when I’m around,” said LeBeouf. “I’m definitely the kind of guy you want to have at a party.”

Scarborough said that Hot House regards their exclusive contract stars as more than just performers in the company’s employ.

“They really put their faith in us,” Scarborough said. “We become family.”

Hot House fans will get a chance to meet LeBeouf in person during San Francisco’s upcoming Gay Pride festivities, which will take place the weekend of June 24. LeBeouf will appear at The Polk Street Gulch adult store grand opening, the Energy 92.7 Party on Pier 27, and in the parade itself, where he will join four of his fellow Hot House exclusive performers on the company’s parading fire engine — Hot House’s first-ever float in the Pride parade.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet the Hot House Exclusives later in the day at the Energy 92.7 booth, where the performers sign autographs and pose for photographs.
