NORTHAMPTON, Mass. — Adult performer Bella Vendetta will be hosting an after party for the Northampton, Mass., Pride Parade.
Vendetta will be in the parade alongside the group of sex workers she helped organize to make a first-time showing at the march.
"We will be marching for sex workers' rights, for the repeal of [FOSTA] and for sex worker visibility within the queer community,” Vendetta said. “We want folks to recognize that sex workers rights are queer rights."
Those interested in donating or joining the march can email TeamClearHeels413@protonmail.com.
The performer will also host an after party at local strip club Club Castaway in Whately, Mass. She will be taking the stage with her fellow sex workers; cam performer DJ Brook Rain will DJ and burlesque performer Morgan Fey will make an appearance.
There will be food and raffles available. Proceeds will benefit TeamClearHeels413, a collective of dancers working within the Western M.A. area providing resources, community events, peer counseling and access to free testing and safe sex services and tools. Find out more here.
The local paper, The Valley Advocate, wrote a story about the planned march and interviewed Vendetta. She will also be appearing on the Valley Advocate podcast to talk about the effects of FOSTA on local sex workers.
