New Tom of Finland Condoms to Benefit Erotic Artists

LOS ANGELES — Tom of Finland is touting branded prophylactics in partnership with One Condoms. A portion of the proceeds from all sales of the condoms benefits the Tom of Finland Foundation.

They are available in Super Sensitive and Legend styles with packaging that showcases the late erotic artist's work.

“Smooth operator, meet the smooth, soft pleasure behind Super Sensitive,” read the new product specs. “Heighten your senses with an exceptionally sheer design and 50 percent more lubricant than the average condom.”

Other specs include a straight-walled shape, ultra-thin latex formulation and a reservoir tip.

“Big plans in store? The Legend allows larger-sized men to enjoy themselves while staying protected. An easy-rolling flared shape adds extra comfort.”

The specs include a “longer and wider” shape than regular One condoms. The Legend is “roomier” in the reservoir tip and includes premium silicone lubricant.

“Our partnership with Tom of Finland Foundation is a natural fit for One,” president and founder Davin Wendel told XBIZ.

“The iconic, provocative artwork of Tom of Finland embodies the strength and boldness we strive for in all of our products. It has truly been an honor to bring his work to life in this innovative way.”

A representative spoke to XBIZ about the foundation’s mission, which seeks to foster and preserve Tom of Finland’s legacy as well as to “protect the work and careers of erotic artists worldwide.”

“We’re all about promoting sexual health through artistry and self-expression,” he said. “We’re proud to partner with renowned artists around the globe to help foster conversations about safer sex.”
