LOS ANGELES — Gina Valentina was crowned Vixen Angel in the beloved brand's monthly ceremony today, ascending to the celestial porn firmament on wings of custom Christian Louboutin red-bottom shoes, a Tiffany brilliant-cut diamond necklace, Vixen lingerie and a mega photoshoot.
Instagram was abuzz with excitement, hours before the newest Vixen Angel was crowned, as Abigail Mac, Kendra Sunderland and Ana Foxxx teased viewers with sexy pictures and impromptu comedy at the headquarters of visionary founder Greg Lansky.
"What's up friends, it's Abi," said Mac, whose recent Kayden Kross-directed Tushy showcase is making major waves in the biz, as she entertained on the company's official Instagram. "I’m here at the Vixen office and today we are announcing the new Vixen Angel. She’s in the back, are you excited?"
She then tried on several glittering rings from a vibrantly packed wardrobe room, musing, "What do you think, is it too loud or does it fit with my personality?" with an Instagram voting button at the ready. I clicked "Fits Perfect" (as did about 60 percent of the viewers). She then sashayed playfully in a silvery jacket. “Do you think it matches or is it too Michael Jackson? What do you think, too older school?"
After a montage of hype-building snippets, like the ladies stripping in the office kitchen and striking seductive poses, it was time for the main event. Although Lansky and reigning Vixen Angel of the Year Tori Black were not in attendance, the iconic gold sofa was there, ablaze with glorious shimmering.
Hundreds upon hundreds of viewers began pouring in as the Instagram account went live. A rainbow assortment of emoting hearts flowed from the bottom right of the screen like doves released for a papal assembly, nearly as fast as the excited commentary from fans flocking to the grand event.
“Can you guys guess who the new Vixen Angel is?” asked Mac, as Foxxx knelt to the floor, getting up close and personal with the camera. Sunderland reclined with her cotton candy pink hair, adorably done up and cascading down her shoulders onto her ample cleavage. The room brimmed with echoing voices from the dozens of employees who always attend each event.
“Who do you guys think it is?!” sang Mac. The girls then offered a hint. “She has a really nice booty!” they chimed in together, before acknowledging it wasn’t a very helpful clue, given how nice all of the past Angels’ booties are. A hopeful fan asked Sunderland to take off her clothes, which Mac relayed, but alas, nobody wanted to risk the account being censored by the masters of the universe behind Instagram.
Foxxx turned to the as-yet-unseen Vixen Angel, remarking that “her ass” was her best “asset.” “She’s got a great personality, really goofy and funny,” Sunderland said. The ladies then put up their dukes, shadow boxing as the anticipation reached a fever pitch.
“Our newest Vixen Angel is…” began Sunderland. And then, Gina Valentina hopped onto the couch, bouncing happily and answering the question burning on everyone's minds. The stars whooped and cheered, while the gathering of onlookers applauded loudly, before the bubbly champagne got passed around.
"This is better than Christmas and my birthday put together!" Valentina enthused, unboxing all the goodies that were hers to claim. Mac and Foxxx helped string the gorgeous necklace around her, welcoming the Spiegler Girl to their exotic angelic hierarchy. "I love it, oh my god, thank you guys!" Valentina said, dancing wildly.
