ChargebackHelp, Billapay to Buy Lunch at The European Summit

ATASCADERO, Calif. — ChargebackHelp and Billapay will buy lunch during The European Summit (TES), set for Sept. 14-17 at the Vienna House Diplomat Hotel in Prague.
