Epoch Expands Hours to Meet European Needs

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Epoch.com has announced that the company now offers new sales and support hours to respond to its growing European clientele. Both current and prospective clients can now reach sales starting at 3 a.m. PDT, Monday through Friday, which compliments most office hours in Europe.

“We greatly value our clients in the European region and want them to know that we are here for them when it is convenient for them,” Business Development Manager Rainey Stricklin said. “The U.S. work day doesn’t correspond with most other countries so we saw the need to expand our operation.”

Stricklin will available by phone and email during the early morning hours. Stricklin can be reached at rainey@epoch.com or (310) 664-5700 ext. 3.

The company also has announced that both technical support and compliance are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by email at support@epoch.com or (310) 664-5700 ext 2. As always, Epoch’s customer call center remains available via telephone, email and live chat 24/7.
