LAS VEGAS – The Erotic Heritage Museum (EHM) will mark its tenth anniversary this Saturday with a variety of events, including a performance by “Puppetry of the Penis” and a one-night-only return engagement of “FreakShow!”
Saturday’s anniversary entry fee is $10 for the entire day and the museum will be decorated with a “Glam Gore” theme, a rep said. Visitors are also invited to participate in a scavenger hunt during museum hours on Saturday.
A “blood-red player piano” will entertain patrons from 5:00-7:00 p.m. “A champagne and wine bar will be available for sale” and a “tongue-in-cheek snack bar” will be provided by “local burlesque duo The Roomatez.”
“Puppetry of the Penis,” currently in residence at the EHM, will take the stage from 8:00-9:30 p.m. The show is billed as the “Australian art of genital origami” and has played around the world. Click here to purchase tickets.
“FreakShow!”, the EHM’s summer residency program, is scheduled for 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 midnight. The comedy-variety show is hosted by Tuesday Thomas, billed as the “punk rock Cher,” and Cyrus Naderpour. The bill “delivers over a dozen performers each show, ranging from comedians, sideshow performers, and all ranges of fringe entertainment in between.”

“How does one reflect on a decade adequately? So much has happened, and more is still to come,” EHM Executive Director Dr. Victoria Hartmann said.
“The EHM has changed and grown alongside this wonderful city; we've met phenomenal guests, scholars, and famous folks, collaborated with stellar institutions, and been fortunate enough to continue our work. As Las Vegas' only museum to explore the depth of breadth of erotic heritage, we are excited to see the next decade unfold and thank everyone who has supported us. There is much more to explore. Come and join the celebration, and help us usher in the next 10 years!”
