LONDON – Author, dominatrix and cam artist Kaz B (aka Mistress Kaz) has penned the erotic novel “Dreaming in the Dark,” now available for purchase.
The second installment in her “Lady Athena” series, the new novel “explores the psychology of femdom through the eyes of Lady Athena, a dominant Mistress who enjoys having men submit to her,” a rep said.
"The novel also tackles sensitive issues such as addiction, through the medium of kink.”
Kaz B notes she intended to create “a true-to-life account” that put a female protagonist in the lead. “There are many erotic books focusing on submissive women, but fewer written by women, in which the protagonist is a dominant female,” the author said. “Lady Athena is desired because she is beautiful and confident, but respected because she is fair. I wanted to explore what would happen if Athena started to go off the rails. There had to be drama, loss, psychological problems and failed relationships.
