Report: Adult Producer's Lawyer Delivers Footage Showing Lawmaker in Porn

IRVINE, Calif. — The attorney representing Jonathan Carter, an adult producer who claims he was assaulted by New Hampshire state Rep. Frank Sapareto, said he’s got the evidence to corroborate his client’s story.

Carter, also known as Roy Randall, alleges in the suit that Sapareto produced and starred in his own porn production and later assaulted him after he felt his scenes didn’t go well. Sapareto and Carter were, essentially, business partners, according to the complaint.

Attorney Eric Dubin released a video clip, photo and emails to the Concord Monitor that appeared to establish that Sapareto had participated in the adult film. Reportedly, there are seven hours of footage.

The Monitor reported: “In one clip distributed Tuesday, Sapareto greeted a woman at a door and briefly made sexual contact. A separate video screenshot appeared to show Sapareto nude and lying down next to another person. Separate screenshots of emails addressed to Sapareto’s publicly listed email address purpoted to show the lawmaker expressing interest in participating in the adult video.”

Sapareto later accused Carter of doctoring the evidence against him and said that the effort was part of an extortion effort by Carter that had been in the works for months, according to the Monitor.

The Monitor further reported: “Sapareto, who works as an investor, was in California on a business trip in February and met Carter in a lobby, Sapareto said. Carter pitched him an investment opportunity: a business filming tourist attractions and selling them abroad to people considering visiting the U.S., according to Sapareto. Sapareto agreed to invest $5,000, and visited in June to check in on his investment, he said. Over the course of a week, the two filmed tourist attractions, he added. They left amicably; the assault allegations came later, Sapareto said.”

Sapareto is seeking re-election next week.

Dubin did not return XBIZ emails regarding today’s release of evidence.
