Fairvilla to Host Charity Drive Throughout December

Fairvilla to Host Charity Drive Throughout December

ORLANDO — Beginning Dec.1, Fairvilla Stores, with five stores located throughout the state of Florida, is inviting customers to donate to local animal-based charities during the holiday season.

Each store chose a local, animal-based charity to support throughout the month of December through donations from customers. As a thank you for donating, customers receive a sticker or silicone band promoting our good holiday feels.

Fairvilla’s flagship store, Fairvilla Megastore, located at 1740 N. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando chose Pug Rescue of Florida. Pug Rescue of Florida rescues hundreds of pugs each year and pays more than $200,000 annually in vet bills to care for those pugs.

The Cape Canaveral location chose Brevard Humane Society as their charity to support during the month of December. Founded in 1952, the Brevard Humane Society is a non-profit animal welfare organization that solely relies on donations from the community.

The Kissimmee location, Fairvilla’s Sexy Things, located inside Secrets Hideaway in Kissimmee, chose God’s Greyts Greyhound Group to give back to this Holiday season. God’s Greyts Greyhound Group, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit, family-friendly adoption group dedicated to the placement of retired racing greyhounds into loving, qualified and caring homes. The charity is especially in need, following the passage of Amendment 13, banning all greyhound racing in the state of Florida.

Fairvilla’s Sexy Things in Key West store chose Florida Keys SPCA to support this December. The Florida Keys SCPA is dedicated to promoting the humane treatment of all animals through compassionate care, adoption, education, population control and humane law enforcement.

Fairvilla’s International Drive location in Orlando chose Abby's Animal Rescue, Inc.  Abby's Animal Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill from Orlando, Fl. Their dogs are strays, owner surrenders and are pulled from various animal services.

In addition to the month-long donation drive, each Fairvilla location will host a Yappy Hour from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 14. Holiday drinks and snacks will be served and each charity will have pets on hand.
