Julie Rocket's 'Rocket XXX Radio' to Tackle Sex Work, Mental Health

LAS VEGAS — Performer and radio host Julie Rocket will discuss mental health and sex workers on Saturday’s episode of “Rocket XXX Radio.”

“In an industry where sex workers are fighting against the stigma of working in porn, mental health has become an important topic. Where do performers turn to get help without being judged? There are groups and organizations out there and Julie will highlight those on the show,” a rep said.

“In this industry, workers are responsible for their own healthcare. Seeking out help can be mentally exhausting as well as financially devastating.”

Courtney Dandy-Fralick will appear on the show to address relevant concerns and answer questions.  A licensed marriage and family therapist, as well as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor-intern, Dandy-Fralick is the owner and operator of the Healthy Foundations Center, a therapy agency serving Las Vegas and Pahrump, NV. She is also one-half of the duo #2dopetherapists.

"It is really important to me to be there for my fellow perfomers, and to help where I can," said Rocket.

The program airs on the Demon Seed Radio Network with new episodes Saturdays at 7:30-10:30 p.m. PST and replays Thursdays from 7:00-9:00 a.m. PST.

Listeners may text or call the “Rocket Line” at 702-660-0760 during the show. Visit the radio program online and on Twitter. Find Rocket’s Twitter handle here.
