LOS ANGELES — A GoFundMe campaign has been launched for adult star Misty Stone, who recently was involved in an accident that has left her bed ridden since the middle of January.
While Stone is trying her best to stay in good spirits, she heard news that the surgery will take longer than expected and will now not be able to get back in front of the cameras and work for five to six months, according to James Bartholet.
Stone shattered her left leg in the accident.
“Its definitely harder than I expected. I am going to be out of work a lot longer that I had thought, but I won’t let that break my spirits," Stone said.
"The love and support from my porn family has been phenomenal. There has been so many fun and uplifting visits, phone calls and messages from everybody, including my fans. Believe me, that really helps me so much. I really do love you all."
Stone recently completed filming the mainstream horror movie “Murder Motel” that she costars alongside Bartholet and Priya Rai. The movie is set to come out later this year.
