Williams Trading Certifies More Than 100K Associates With WTU

PENNSAUKEN — Williams Trading University (WTU), a free adult e-learning resource, has certified over 100,000 store associates since its 2015 launch.

Designed to provide support to retailers, the platform allows store owners and employees to stay up to date on the latest product information and services in addition to recognizing and rewarding sales achievements.

CEO of Williams Trading, Robert Pyne Jr. congratulated and thanked WTU’s partners in light of the accomplishment stating, “The vendor participation has been excellent since it’s inception and the adult store owner community has embraced this tool to further promote education at the retail level."

Scott D., Williams’ marketing and sales director, remarked, “Williams Trading University debuted over 4 years ago to our customer base as the first adult distributor to offer e-learning 24/7 in a format that can be used by store operators and sales associates. When we first created this concept we set a goal to certify over 10,000 associates within one year. To date, we have certified over 100,000 associates and lead the adult industry with the largest range of courses available and the highest participation rate.”

Courses are designed in collaboration with WTU’s vendor partners and typically range from 2-7 minutes in length. Courses are embedded with videos and rollover features to promote interactive learning experiences for users with game-like features set to be integrated in the near future. WTU also plans to develop specific learning channels by brand with System Jo, Pipedream, Nasstoys, Satisfyer, CalExotics, Cloud 9 Novelties and Wet Lubricants currently slated in development.
