LAS VEGAS — Los Angeles cabaret/variety show Freak Show has announced a weekly Las Vegas residence starting this Thursday at The Erotic Heritage Museum's Jewel Box Theater.
Every Thursday and Friday at 9:30 p.m., freakdom impresarios Tuesday Thomas (E!, VH1, BBC's “World of Weird”) and Cyrus Naderpour (“My Life on the F List,” The Comedy Store, AFR) produce and host this “strange and riotous collection of character and musical comedy, dark and twisted stand-up and WTF performance art.”
“Freak Show's reputation has become so stellar that producers from ‘America's Got Talent,’ ‘The Gong Show,’ and ‘The Voice’ regularly attend to scout out new talent,” revealed a rep. “Now this wild and wooly show takes up residency in the equally outrageous (and always sex-positive) Erotic Heritage Museum, one block off the famous Las Vegas strip!”
Featuring sideshow characters, wild and weird burlesque, musical comedy, stand up, performance art, drag and other disciplines, Freak Show is billed as “the darkest, weirdest, strangest yet funniest show you have ever seen.” With a rotating cast of peculiar performers, Freak Show proposes “an ever-surprising event, treating new audience members — or returning devotees — to the freshest and oddest hilarious cast members ever assembled.”
