Satisfyer Acquires Worldwide Rights to Penthouse Brand

BIELEFELD, Germany — EIS GmbH/Satisfyer has announced its acquisition of the worldwide trademark rights to the Penthouse magazine brand, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

With the acquisition, EIS not only secures the permanent product usage right for the Penthouse brand but also will be the main supplier for all Penthouse stores currently open worldwide. EIS says it aims to make the service and the products even better in order to provide the customer with incomparable quality.

“The Penthouse brand has a worldwide excellent reputation,” said EIS GmbH COO André Bierbass. “We are able to offer the best possible service in combination with our two strong brands EIS and Satisfyer [and] see great opportunities for development to create an even more excellent experience of our products.”

Bierbass explained that EIS is setting new standards for the industry and occupies top positions in almost all product areas. Beginning in 2020, it will embark on a large lingerie, drugstore and toy line launch.

“The takeover of the trademark rights is a further step for us on the way to international sales activities and thus acquire new customers with our excellent range of products,” Bierbass added. “A high demand for quality and aesthetics are a matter of course for EIS as well as an indispensable standard. So EIS is looking forward to being able to [shoot] all well-known Penthouse models.”
