Wearable ED Device Giddy Launches on Indiegogo

AUSTIN — Giddy, the new wearable device for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, officially announced its nationwide product launch on Indiegogo.

With two weeks still left in its month-long campaign, the FDA-approved device has already surpassed its goal of $25,000 and has pledged a $20,000 donation to its non-profit partners Zero and Malecare, both of which address prostate cancer.

According to a rep, "Giddy is the first utility patented device created specifically for the treatment of ED in over 20 years. While many ED solutions, like prescription medications, are byproducts of medications for other conditions, Giddy was carefully designed by a committee of mathematicians, medical device experts and ED specialists for the sole purpose of helping men gain and maintain erections for sexual intercourse and the treatment of erectile dysfunction."

As per the Indigogo campaign, interested consumers have the option to purchase discounted one, two and four packs of Giddy with shipping dates set for the end of August.

Purchases also include a 30-day guide that demonstrates how to use the product, offers suggestions on how to begin conversations about ED with partners and incorporates supplemental exercises and lifestyle changes that can help to improve ED over time.

Notably, the company has teamed up with several celebrity influencers including actor Danny Trejo, model Tess Holliday, Real Housewife Gina Kirschenheiter and Olympic medalist Jason Rodgers, with the hopes of spreading awareness about prostate exams, opening up conversations about ED, "and bringing attention to the importance of open communication and healthy sexual experiences."
