Alex Lecomte Named 'Prominent Figure of Our Industry' at AW Exec Awards

LOS ANGELES — 7Veils’ Sales and Marketing Director Alex Lecomte has received the 2019 AW Exec Award for “Prominent Figure of our Industry” in Mamaia, Romania.

Created six years ago by Alex Gheorghe, the AWSummit is managed by Roxana Chirila and her team and takes place annually in Romania, the homeland of numerous established webcam studios. This year, the conference reported receiving some 1,800 attendees, mainly from the live cam, video production, dating and novelty markets, but also from other business services such as traffic, hosting, legal and marketing.

In tight competition with other community members, Lecomte won his third industry award and third AW Exec Award for 7Veils, since the agency previously won the “Best Creative/PR services,” while Lauren MacEwen, CEO and founder of the company, was named “Business Woman of the Year.”

“I am obviously very thankful for having such great support from our industry!” Lecomte explained. “For me, it’s much more than just a job and being able to count on the recognition of my peers is an honor. I think that everything can be said or done with respect and I am grateful that my way of doing business seems to be appreciated.”

“One of the most important things for us at 7Veils Media is to provide high-quality service but also to support companies and independent workers through ethical advice,” Lecomte added, “especially because the adult industry is also a community.”

For 2019, 7Veils.com returned as the official social media partner for the AWSummit, with its team of experts on hand to manage the summit’s Twitter and Facebook accounts and inform the audience about the activities, seminars and logistic information related to the event. Through these platforms, the AWSummit was able to provide additional communication channels for attendees so they could update their schedule in real time and share any feedback. It is also an efficient networking tool since anyone (attending the show or not), could target community members with similar interests by searching for the official hashtag, #awsummit2019.
