Lips Platform Raises Over $10K via Crowdfunding Efforts

LOS ANGELES – Lips, a new sharing platform and marketplace that welcomes NSFW content, has reached its $10,000 crowdfunding goal to build its sex-positive, blockchain-enabled, web and mobile app.

According to the company’s website, "Lips’ mission is to provide a space for women and those in the LGBTQ community to share their experiences openly and honestly, as well as a space for all humans to enjoy and support empowering and authentic content without the harmful aspects of online culture, such as harassment and unnecessary censorship."

Interested persons can still contribute through June 30 at ifundwomen.com/projects/lips, where they can gain exclusive beta testing access and purchase discounted premium membership, which includes uncensored posting, easy online store setup, free promotions, open direct messaging capabilities and networking opportunities.

With the 10K raised from this crowdfunding campaign, founder and CEO Annie Brown and the Lips team have begun developing the Lips app, which is slated to launch later this year.

As of now, Lips features a variety of creative content, ranging from writing to photography, memes, gifs and paintings, "that empower creator and consumer alike," said a rep.
