Hustler Hollywood Opens Its 1st Chicago Store

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Hustler Hollywood has announced that its Chicago boutique, at 1615 North Clybourn Avenue, Lincoln Park, is open for business.

It is the 31st brick-and-mortar outlet in the national chain and its first in Illinois. The retailer signed a ten-year lease and spent $1 million to renovate the multi-level, 5000-square-foot location. At least 15 staffers will be local hires.

Hustler Hollywood boutiques are designed to convey intimacy and sophistication and carry the market’s top-selling products, including toys, apparel, sportswear, accessories, jewelry, gifts and novelties, along with bath and body items.

“Our typical shopper is female, between the ages of 35-55, and we are a favorite stop for couples who are on a date night,” said a company rep. “We are also seeing more and more millennials coming in to shop, but we still find that our typical shoppers are over 30 and predominately female.”

“We have had our sights on Chicago for the last three years, taking our time to ensure that we chose the perfect location. Lincoln Park has a great mix of dining, entertainment and shopping, and we love the co-tenancy surrounding our store. We look forward to being a part of the community for years to come,” said Philip Del Rio, VP of retail.

The first Hustler Hollywood opened in 1998 on the famed Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. That location was forced to close to make way for a development project. The boutique moved further down the Strip and reopened earlier this spring; click here for details.
