Kinbaku Studio Team Signs on to Deliver Rope Workshops at Fetish Con

ST PETERSBURG, Fla. — Kinbaku Studio’s Susuwatari and Lady Lyonene will present four rope-bondage-focused workshops at this year’s Fetish Con and Bond Con, one of the largest networking events for the fetish industry and community on the East Coast.

Set for this Thursday through Sunday at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida, the four-day event will include vendors, a selection of "kinky classes" and workshops, play spaces and nightly parties.

The Kinbaku Studio team has been practicing the art of rope bondage and sharing their expertise with fellow bondage enthusiasts and curious kinksters alike for over a decade. With a focus on body-positive, consensual rope play, their educational outreach have included events such as Kinky Kollege, Kinky Con, the Coastal Carolina Fetish Fair and other local and regional events.

Their schedule for the weekend notably kicks off with a Rope Bondage workshop geared towards cam models, with Lauren Phillips joining the team as a demo model for the second year in a row on Thursday from 3-4:30 p.m. (EDT).

Attendees will learn how to tie for solo cam performances and in team scenarios, and are encouraged to bring 2-3 bundles of their own rope, if they have elected to take part. Those without rope will be invited to sit in on the class to watch, learn and network with fellow rope enthusiasts.

“We are really excited to present these classes at Fetish Con and Bond Con this year,” commented Lady Lyonene. “We love sharing what we know with people, and especially help them gain confidence in their skills and build up their self-esteem. We firmly believe that rope looks good on everyone, and should be accessible to everyone who wants to tie or be tied. To us, it doesn’t matter what bonus features a person has or size they are, we want to help you learn the skills to enjoy rope as much as we do. It's empowering to do something you thought you could never do, and we love helping people find that power within themselves.”

She added, “We are honored to have an amazing star like Lauren Phillips take part with us. She has such great energy and makes everyone feel good when they are around her. We can’t wait to work with her again!”

Additional workshops will include "Understanding Body-Positive Bondage" on Friday from 2-3:30 p.m., "Suspensions with Bigger Bodies" on Saturday from 6-7:30 p.m., and "Introduction to Bondage for Humiliation" on Sunday from 1-2:30 p.m.

Kinbaku Studio is preparing to launch its Clips4Sale, ManyVids, and OnlyFans sites; for those who cannot attend, or who prefer to learn in the privacy of their own home, the classes will be available via these outlets at a later date.

When not leading workshops, Kinbaku Studio invites attendees to stop by their booth on the newly-constructed Bond Con show floor where they will perform demos, answer questions and network with models, performers and fans. Phillips will also be on hand throughout the convention for autographs and photos at the Kinbaku Studio booth.

Susuwatari further shared, “We are excited to have our good friend, Wheeled Vet Photography, help us in our booth again this year. We will have our suspension rig set up in part of our booth, so attendees can have a chance to try rope bondage and suspension."

The duo also plans to have their own lines of colorful jute rope and low-temperature wax play candles available for purchase.

All Access Passes for the four-day weekend are still available. “Fetish Con Experience” passes will also be available on Friday and Saturday at the door, as well as single-day wristbands.
