MONTREAL — The creepy-crawlies will receive a startling dose of erotic terror when “Under the Bed” debuts on PureTaboo.com in October ahead of the Halloween horror revelry.
The anthology series will run concurrently on Adult Time. It is the latest project from Bree Mills, Adult Time’s prolific chief creative officer. She is shifting to horror after producing two seasons of her tribute to science fiction concepts and themes with the XBIZ Award-winning anthology “Future Darkly.”
Mills will write and direct an episode, joining a team of directors that includes Joanna Angel, indie genre filmmaker Eric Falardeau (2012's “Thanatomorphose”) and Fred August, “a genre cinema enthusiast with a fashion background.”
Mills enthused about a “diverse mix of filmmakers behind the project,” which she described as “modern horror television for adults that happens to have sex in it.”
Falardeau will start production on his installment this week; an initial four episodes will debut weekly in October on Pure Taboo and Adult Time. Click here for a safe-for-work teaser.
