Dita Von Teese to Host Torture Garden Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES — Dita Von Teese has signed on to co-host Torture Garden Los Angeles alongside Amanda Lepore, set for this coming Saturday at the Globe Theatre in downtown Los Angeles.

David TG, co-founder and former director of Torture Garden, ruminated on the iconic burlesque performer, sharing, "Dita Von Teese first performed at Torture Garden in 1999. I'd seen her perform at LA Fetish Ball and invited her to London, so it is a lovely full circle [that] she will host Torture Garden Los Angeles!"

Saturday's event will mark Torture Garden's return to Los Angeles after 17 years, bringing a slate of international DJs, fetish performances, fashion shows and more to the Globe for one decadent night.

Performers scheduled to attend include Katrina Lilwall, Cynth Icorn, Ridge Gallagher, Maegan Machine, Embrace Chaos, Mako and The Infamous Boom Boom with special appearances by Kyle Farmery and Luke Harris and fashion shows from Vex Clothing, Bizarre Fetish Couture, Black Lickorish and Torture Garden Latex.

Kitty Rodriguez, Yuka Estrella, Brynn Route and Coven of Ashes also recently signed on with Miss Abhora from season two of "Dragula" stepping in as Mistress of Ceremonies.

In addition, Mistress Cyan of Sanctuary Studios LAX will bring a collection of "fetish fanatics" and top Dommes to outfit the official play space at Torture Garden LA.

Doors for the event open at 9 p.m. (PDT). General admission is sold-out but a select number of VIP tickets are still available here; enter the code "domcon2019" to get 15 percent off. Soft Leather Club will host an official afterparty; click here for details and to RSVP.

Attendees are encouraged to "dress to impress" in their best latex, leather and fetish fashion; street clothes are not permitted. Photography is not permitted past the lobby.

On Friday evening, Isabella Sinclaire will host a meet-and-greet at Demask DTLA with Extreme Rubber Society. The first 50 guests to her pre-party will receive a 20 percent discount on last-minute fetish wear for the following night's festivities.

Torture Garden Los Angeles is produced by The Faustian Society in association with Sanctuary LAX, Lethal Amounts/Sex Cells, Demask DTLA, Soft Leather Club, BatCave and Infamous Boom Boom. Sponsors include Vex Clothing, LA Kush, Mr. Hankey’s Toys, The Contrary Dame, UberLube and The Kinky Peach.
