LOS ANGELES — U.K. apparel brand, Be A Bimbo, is featured in the latest episode of Barcroft TV's "Hooked on the Look" YouTube series.
With just south of 70,000 views in a single day, founder Alicia Amira is highlighted in the eight-minute "We're Proud to be Bimbos" clip, along with "bimbo dolls" Alex Grey, Angel, Jasmine and Rachel as they discuss "femininity, sexual power and reclaiming control of [their] bodies" in the episode.
Shot at Kelly Eden's home in Los Angeles, the episode description touts Amira as a "professional bimbo" and "girl-power activist...on a mission to reclaim the word ‘bimbo’ and destroy the stigma surrounding female sexuality."
"Based in the U.K.," it reads, "she is encouraging women worldwide to embrace their sexuality and find their inner ‘bimbo.’ Alicia’s movement, ‘Be A Bimbo’, aims to empower women everywhere who feel judged for being themselves. Featuring sex-positive clothing apparel, Alicia wants to change the conversation around sexuality and particularly, support women who are working in the sex industry."
In celebration of the "Hooked on the Look" release, Be A Bimbo has relaunched its website with fresh photos of its "bimbo sisters," and a completely restocked inventory of its bestselling items, including the Pornstar Crop Top, Bimbo Crop Tank Top, Stripper Queen Crop Top and the Bimbo Girl Crop Top.
