Presented by ManyVids.com, the annual trade show takes over West Hollywood’s Andaz hotel from January 13-17 for action-packed days and exciting nights brimming with unique business and networking opportunities, culminating in grand style Thursday, January 16, with the eagerly anticipated 2020 XBIZ Awards.
For 2020, the XBIZ Show builds upon the successes of its past offerings while adding a refreshed selection of new sessions targeting the industry’s most pressing topics, offering the answers and opportunities that all attendees of XBIZ events can benefit from.
Opening day, Monday, January 13, kicks off with the annual XBIZ Golf Tournament hosted by X2K Consulting and NETbilling, providing a relaxing afternoon of golf and executive networking, with participants mixing, mingling and competing in this annual event at the Angeles National Golf Course.
Another opening-day special is the Playboy mixer. This fun-filled networking social is open to all attendees and will bring industry influencers and newcomers together for networking, business and fun.
Rounding out the opening day is a “ladies only” welcoming event by Women In Adult, where seasoned and newcomer businesswomen will meet up for cocktails and connection-making. Meanwhile, the milestone 20th annual Cybersocket Web Awards will honor the best gay performers and LGBT websites with a red-carpet event and shuttle service provided between the Andaz Hotel and PH West Hollywood nightclub.
The 2020 XBIZ Show shifts into high gear Tuesday, January 14, with the return of its popular Speed Networking session, which offers a fast-paced matchmaking and relationship-building environment that establishes new contacts and opens the door to new opportunities. With only one representative allowed per company, this session maximizes value for all participants.

XBIZ’s groundbreaking “Voices of Adult” sessions return with “Paysite Pros: Seasoned Players Explore Ancillary Revenue Streams” featuring Kenny B. of YourPaySitePartner, while Twistbox tackles “Mobile Monetization in Today’s Market” and Steven Grooby and Kristel Penn lead a roundtable discussion for transgender performers titled “Stop Giving Away So Much for Free!”

Thursday, January 17, begins with XBIZ’s annual look at the legal landscape, offering a 2020 preview of what to expect, from age verification efforts around the globe to AB5’s impact in California and beyond, before segueing into a trio of sessions as part of the Free Speech Coalition’s annual Leadership Conference.
The FSC sessions include a keynote by Big Answers CEO Brickson Diamond on how “Diversity is Good for Business,” discussing the positive gains of increasing diversity on both sides of the camera, along with a look at “AB5 in California: Is Everyone an Employee Now?” clarifying who can be classified as a contractor, and its impact on payments, taxes, insurance and other aspects of business. Spoiler Alert: Yes!” featuring an online privacy expert who will provide guidance to businesses on how to best comply.
Wrapping up the 2020 edition of XBIZ’s “Voices of Adult” sessions, Nick Zargarpour and Allan Gelbard will help attendees understand “Talent’s Rights in an Agency Relationship,” while ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning will discuss how age verification has become “An Unstoppable Global Trend.” A panel will later explore “Adult Industry Journalism: Inside and Outside the Business,” discussing how information and disinformation shape the way the industry is perceived in the age of social media.
In addition, attorney Maxine Lynn will explore “Porn & Pleasure Products: A Money-Making Merger in SexTech,” while Adult Performer Advocacy Committee (APAC) will tackle “Consent, Ethics & Liability in a Post #MeToo World,” to reveal how directors and producers can cultivate and implement ethical consent negotiations on set. And finally, MojoHost CEO Brad Mitchell will host a mastermind session on “Implementing 2020’s Tech,” providing key insights on the top trends in emerging tech, as well as the costs and challenges of implementing them.
Following an extended break for dinner and the opportunity to don their finest eveningwear, attendees will converge on the red carpet for the glittery return of adult industry’s biggest night — the 2020 XBIZ Awards show — presented by MyFreeCams at the JW Marriot LA Live and once again hosted by adult superstar Stormy Daniels, with red carpet arrivals beginning at 6:30 p.m.
