LOS ANGELES — FRAUDefender has announced the rollout of its “Chargeback Eliminator” service for online merchants, which according to the company, lowers disputes before they affect profits and chargeback ratios.
“Current industry chargeback tolerance is extremely low. Our technology works to scrub out reported chargebacks before the dispute process and immediately before counting towards your ratios,” a company rep explained. “What we can do is lower your chargebacks and even work with banks to lower the existing chargeback ratios.”
