XR Brands Showcases Innovative 'Strapless Strap-on' at CES 2020

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — XR Brands made a splash at the recent 2020 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, where it showcased its Evoke 10x Remote-controlled Strapless Strap-on, the world's first remote-control inflatable vibrating silicone strapless strap-on.

Sex tech companies have, in previous years, both received recognition and been at the center of controversy at the annual trade show organized by the Consumer Technology Association. At the 2020 show, XR Brands showcased the Ergo-Fit strapless harness, reportedly "much to the delight of multiple media outlets," said a rep.

In an Ask Men article titled "The Best and Most Exciting Sex Tech & Toys at CES 2020, the Ergo-Fit was heralded as "incredibly clever" in its approach to strap-on sex.

“If you’ve ever been curious about being pegged, you should pay attention to XR Brands’ new strap-on, the Ergo-Fit … that actually isn’t a strap-on at all," reads the article, further explaining that the Ergo-Fit "is designed to let a partner with a vagina turn their genitalia inside out, anchoring the dildo end of the toy to an inflatable part meant to nest snugly inside the vagina."

Wired's "Sex-Tech Companies Are Having More Fun Than the Rest of Us at CES" article further praised Ergo-Fit, calling it “one of the more anatomically accurate products [they’d] seen so far."

The brand's innovative technology also earned mentiones by The New York Times, Reuters, Gizmodo, Mashable, Yahoo News Australia, Windsor Star, Future of Sex, The Verge, Tom’s Guide, Las Vegas Review Journal and Digital LA.

CES has historically served as the launchpad for the world's newest and most innovative consumer technology, "the global stage where next-generation innovations are introduced to the marketplace," explained an XR rep. Following the 2019 controversy over Lora DiCarlo's Osé stimulator, this year notably marks the first time CES has officially sanctioned sextech companies in the event’s health and wellness sector.

XR Brands President Rebecca Weinberg commented on the occasion.

“It was an honor to even be welcomed to CES and attendees loved how unique and unexpected our offerings were on the show floor. We are thrilled that our Ergo-Fit technology, which we believe represents the future of strapless strap-on tech, has been recognized by attendees and the press as unique and innovative.”

The Evoke 10x Remote-controlled Strapless Strap-on marks the very first time a remote-operated strapless strap-on has been equipped with an inflatable insertable portion, solving the problem of fit and comfort for users who’ve struggled with traditional strapless strap-ons.
