LAS VEGAS — The Erotic Heritage Museum (EHM) is set to host Dr. Carol Queen for her lecture, "Asking and Answering on the Sex-Positive Spectrum: Enthusiastic Yes, Comfortable No, Clear & Coherent Maybe," tomorrow at 6 p.m. (EST).
Organizers are touting her upcoming seminar as a fitting addition to their ten years-plus history of hosting speakers that successfully explore the full range of human sexuality.
"As the producer of adult films, featured instructor and star of both installments of 'Bend Over Boyfriend,' and currently serving as staff sexologist and chief cultural curator at Good Vibrations, San Francisco's historic sex toy retailer," an EHM spokesperson notes, "Dr. Queen is connected to the pulse and concerns of sexually active adults, and the clear voice of reason certainly welcomed in the current climate fraught with such discord."
"It's a scary time for sex education and tolerance in general," Dr. Victoria Hartmann, EHM's director, further offered. "We all deserve to feel safe in exploring our sexual interests and issues. I can't think of anybody better to break it all down than the wonderful Carol Queen."
Dr. Queen's lecture is free to attend with the purchase of an entrance to the EHM. Seats are limited, and on a first-come-first-served basis; attendees are advised to arrive early.
