NEW YORK — “Muscular hunk” Shane Cook has joined the bulging CockyBoys roster of exclusive performers. His new scene, opposite Aiden Ward, debuts next week.
Cook’s scene work for the studio includes “fan-favorite” hookups, a rep notes, with Troy Accola, Carter Dane, Levi Karter, Ben Masters and Mateo Vice.
He joins newly signed Brock Banks and Avery Jones in touting the studio’s 2020 initiative “Porn With a Purpose.”
CockyBoys’ “All Saints: Chapter One” recently won the 2020 XBIZ Award for Gay Movie of the Year and CockyBoys CEO Jake Jaxson won the XBIZ Award for Gay Director of the Year.
Cook praised the production team led by Jaxson and RJ Sebastian.
"When I first started filming with CockyBoys I had always been attracted to a lot of their models and knew that would definitely help me do my job better,” he enthused, “but after meeting the team in person and getting to see firsthand how much effort they put into their projects, I definitely knew this was the company I wanted to be with!"
He expressed gratitude for “the space to grow.”
"I have definitely become a better performer since I’ve started with CockyBoys,” he continued. “They make me feel safe, and good about myself. I can really feel that everyone here, especially the other models, care about each other, and Jake and RJ really care about us, and their actions have shown that."
Jaxson echoed Cook’s enthusiasm.
"Over the past several months we have had the pleasure and honor to work with Shane,” he said, “and today we are pleased and thrilled to announce that he has joined the team as our newest exclusive contract performer.”
He notes Cook first appeared on the industry radar through his work with Helix Studios and that "many have been touched and inspired" by Cook's public revelation of his diagnosis and battle with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer — and his eventual remission.
"Having worked with him, it’s impossible not to be moved, touched, and inspired by how Shane faces each day as a new beginning and the possibilities that come with life full of gratitude and positive thinking," said Jaxson.
On the final day of his treatment, Cook posted the following statement: "Well, today is my last day on this awful journey I've been on. I've learned some things from it, though, like to put stock in yourself on the inside and not so much on your body."
Jaxson praised Cook for "roaring back looking better than ever."
"It’s clear to everyone who has the pleasure of meeting, knowing and working with him, that he lives by his word,” he concluded. “Both RJ and I are grateful that Shane has chosen to keep working, loving himself, and is living his best life, while seeing his beauty, sex appeal and energy radiate from the inside out."
Cook will be the subject of the collection “Shane Has a Big Fat Dick,” which drops next month.
