LOS ANGELES — MissaX has announced the release of "The Producer II,” a sequel to its XBIZ Awards-nominated erotic drama, available now on AllHerLuv.com.
Following the success of the original in July 2019, the title presents five episodic tales of dramatized scenarios reflecting life in the adult industry.
The first three episodes are currently live, with the remaining two set to be released soon. Reps further teased plans to eventually bring the series to MissaX.com and incorporate more taboo and B/G scenarios.
In the sophomore iteration of the series, Cadence Lux plays a "predatory producer" who, after being called out for inappropriate behavior, meets an up-and-coming producer (Whitney Wright) and quickly returns to her old ways. Kenna James, Kenzie Reeves, Mackenzie Moss, Evelyn Claire and Kiara Cole also star in the film, with Vera King, Curious Judas and Manny Bucks featured in non-sex roles.
Regarding the new release, director Missa shared, "I was grateful that the actors trusted me with this project. We're touching on sensitive topics — predatory directors, 'no' lists, plagiarism, society's stigma on porn stars, high maintenance actors — all-the-while poking fun at these very real, uncomfortable ideas.
"We're looking forward to continuing the concept on AllHerLuv, and continuing with the universe for MissaX.com."
