NEW YORK — Fan-favorite Tayte Hanson returns to blue movies with "Hollywood and Vine," opposite studpup Nico Leon, for CockyBoys and the directing team of Jake Jaxson and RJ Sebastian.
CockyBoys is the reigning XBIZ winner for Gay Movie of the Year for "All Saints: Chapter One," while Jaxson took home the XBIZ Award for Gay Director of the Year.
Calvin Banks, Leo Grand, Avery Jones and Blake Mitchell fill out the cast.
"The debut episode features the long-awaited return of CockyBoys superstar Tayte Hanson, who is back looking better than ever, as exclusive Nico Leon steps into his first leading role with confidence and ease in the first episode," a rep enthused.
Leon plays a Hollywood heartthrob hiding a torrid affair with his assistant (Grand). Hanson is a reporter whose interview with Leon takes an erotic twist — with troubling consequences.
Leon admits to a case of nerves prior to filming his debut feature. "But it was so motivating to be surrounded by people who had a lot of enthusiasm and passion for the project," he recalls. "This past year working with CockyBoys has been a wonderful experience, and I am excited for viewers to see a new side of my and I hope they enjoy the work."
Leading man Hanson returns to blue movies after a four-year hiatus.
"I've decided to continue working with my CockyBoys family to further my portfolio in the adult world and make some incredible content. I am in a much different space as a performer and human now and I cannot wait to see how that energy translates to the screen," Hanson enthused. "I'm very much thrilled for 'Hollywood & Vine' and future projects to come."
Co-director Sebastian welcomed Hanson back into the fold.
"He always brings his best to his work and is a very good actor! Period. But Jake and I feel equally excited by all the performances in this movie," notes Sebastian. "We are both blessed and grateful that these guys trust us and many times work out of their comfort zone in terms of acting and playing a character that fits the story. So bravo to all of them!"
Hollywood holds a sentimental charge for the directors, a real-life couple; Sebastian and Jaxson first met and worked in Tinseltown before moving to New York "and becoming accidental pornographers," he recalls.
"Year after year, we would return to L.A. and watch as that time in our life seemed to fade away as new, young and eager players arrived, fresh-faced, and ready to take on the world. So, after all this time, RJ and I are thrilled to present 'Hollywood and Vine,' a fun, sexy, and for us, a nostalgic behind-the-scenes look at the koo-koo-crazy that is this business we call show!"
