LOS ANGELES — Sara Jay will put on a free livestream tonight, discussing self-care and hot yoga from 6-6:30 p.m. (PDT) on Exxxotica Expo's YouTube channel.
The show will later be archived and available on Exxxotica.tv for those who miss the live stream.
"Given world events right now, it's a perfect time to reach out to fans online and engage in some health and well-being," enthused Jay. "I love yoga and exercise so it's a great opportunity to spread some love during incredibly stressful times."
Jay shared that while not a certified instructor, she has been practicing yoga for the past four years and is "happy to share [her] practice with others."
"I find that yoga brings peace to the mind and helps with mobility," she added. "The brain-body connection is most important during these times — come check me out tonight!''
