LOS ANGELES — Evil Angel, the reigning XBIZ winner for Trans Studio of the Year, is celebrating International Transgender Day of Visibility today with a reaffirmation of its commitment to equality for trans individuals.
"Tolerance, acceptance and celebration," said a studio rep. "International Transgender Day of Visibility is a time to reevaluate our personal opinion of individuals who are willing to stand up to the crowd and say, 'I exist.' We have become more aware that divergent-from-the-norm sexuality is okay. Every human has their own unique sexuality. Getting past our prejudices against people who think and act differently from us is what this day is all about."
Trans performers are "enormously important to the commercial success of Evil Angel," the rep enthused. "They embody, in their bold assertion of their right to exist, the spirit of Evil Angel, which is to celebrate your sexuality, whatever it is."
Joey Silvera was the first Evil director to produce "high-quality trans porn" in 1998, followed by Jay Sin and Aiden Starr. "We also foster the exploration of this sexuality in other directors at Evil," the rep notes, "including porn created by superstar performer Lena Kelly."
