Lovense Reveals COVID-19 Business Continuity, Safety Measures

HONG KONG — Lovense has released an open letter to its customers, partners and employees, revealing that it is working diligently around the clock to navigate the current environment and taking measured steps to ensure the health and safety of its teams, its stakeholders and its communities, as COVID-19 impacts the company’s global markets.

“Our mission to continually innovate, build new products, and provide a higher level of service remains paramount but we acknowledge and understand that the world has changed over the past two months,” Lovense CEO Dan Liu said. “We continue to prioritize the health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees and have implemented changes to the way we work.”

Liu explained that over the past several weeks, Lovense has enabled its teams to work remotely, leveraging technology to provide business continuity and ensure service. While the situation remains dynamic, Lovense employees have returned to work, are practicing social distancing and are busy restoring operations to full strength.

While the company continues to fulfill orders globally, Liu noted that shipping times may be slightly delayed depending on the recipient’s location.

“We will remain resilient in the midst of COVID-19 and we will emerge from this stronger together,” Liu concluded. “On behalf of the Lovense team, our thoughts are with you, and we hope that you and your families remain safe and healthy.”
