TOKYO — Indie performer and kink filmmaker Axel Abysse, the self-billed "poet of pornography," is trumpeting "Surrender," opposite Yoshi Kawasaski. The fisting fetish fantasy debuts today.
"The most surprising attribute is not the connected, passionate fisting sex between Axel and Yoshi. Longtime fans and viewers expect exactly that," a rep enthused. "The locale and story behind 'Surrender' is eyebrow-raising, to say the least."
The action captures a live stage performance between the men as part of the presentation of Japanese pluridisciplinary artist Daisuke Fujiwara’s unique fashion show titled "Eden: Surrender" on February 20 in Tokyo.
"The event brought together dancers, vocalists, drag queens and various entertainers to present and promote Fujiwara’s edgy GlamHate brand," said the rep. That evening, Yoshi and Axel joined darkwave artist/musician Buzz Kull on the stage of Contact nightclub for what was billed as 'an epic journey into the void.'"
Abysse noted he has walked a catwalk or two in his peripatetic career, but none like "Eden: Surrender."
"I love being involved in projects that aren’t necessarily porn-related. I used to be a fashion model in Tokyo," he said. "But along with Bernhard Willhelm’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection, this is only the second time I’ve been asked to join a fashion project as my real, out-and-proud self."
"Going onstage with a crew, to deliver a show along with such a large panel of entertainers was very inspiring. And because it’s always exciting to be subversive, I loved wrecking and exposing my hole to a crowd that wasn’t expecting it."
Abysse is determined to continue sharing his passion during "the tough times we are living through. Artistic collaborations like the 'Surrender' public event are assisting our creation and healing," he said.
Kawasaki, who is preparing his own kink-based project in collaboration with affiliate network Zbuckz, relished the "daring, unique ambiance" of the fashion/art show.
"The vibe of 'Eden' was drastically different from any other shows I have done. Not only was it heavily choreographed, with live music by Buzz Kull, but it was also a mixed event with many women and people who are not into fisting in the audience," he recalled. "I don’t think they were quite ready for what was about to happen when Axel and I got on the stage."
"It didn’t feel like work to me. It felt like I was playing with my favorite fistpig like we always do. The only difference was the audience," he continued. "I found it really hot to surprise them with my rosebud."
