Pornhub Launches 'Premium Lovers' Membership Program

NEW YORK — Pornhub has announced the launch of its Premium Lovers membership, designed to help couples better explore and understand their partners’ sexual interests and fantasies.

Premium Lovers subscribers will enjoy two individual accounts with access to Pornhub Premium’s high definition (HD), on-demand streaming platform.

“Aside from the existing benefits already available to Premium subscribers, such as a completely ad-free experience, hundreds of thousands of exclusive titles and a wide array of HD and VR content,” a rep explained, “Premium Lovers subscribers will also benefit from a shared ‘lovers playlist,’ offering the opportunity to curate and share their favorite videos with their partner. Users will also be able to opt into receiving video recommendations based on both partners’ taste profiles, for a more diverse discovery experience reflecting the couple’s shared interests.”

According to a recent survey of several thousand Pornhub Premium members, the rep continued, 64% of respondents said that they would like to have a better understanding of their partner’s porn preferences, while 68% of users believe having a better understanding of each other’s sexual fantasies would have a positive impact on their relationship.

Pornhub VP Corey Price mentioned that, “interestingly, studies show that partners who watch porn together have a more satisfying sex life than those who do separately — or in secret.”

“If you and your partner have never taken the time to watch porn together,” Price added, “there’s really no better time than the present. We introduced our Premium Lovers membership to provide couples with a resource that can not only help spice up their relationships in quarantine but also to help each partner learn even more about their lover on a sexual level.”

“Couples who play together, stay together,” Price concluded.

Sex therapist Dr. Laurie Betito, director of Pornhub’s Sexual Wellness Center, commented that “no matter what stage of a relationship you’re currently at, it’s important to infuse novelty into your repertoire. Watching porn together can help foster intimacy emotionally and physically. You never know, you may discover something about your own sexual preferences you hadn’t considered before.”

Pornhub’s Premium Lovers membership offers a seven-day trial, after which it will cost subscribers $14.99 per month or $142.99 annually for two accounts. Users who have a Pornhub Premium membership can upgrade to a Premium Lovers membership.
