LOS ANGELES — Author, activist and sexpert Dan Savage, unable to tour with a live version of his "Savage Lovecast" due to the pandemic, has pivoted to a livestream scheduled for June 4, at 7 p.m. (PDT).
"Since he can’t be in a theater near you quite yet, Dan’s trying something new," a rep enthused. "Send in your written question before the show, or ask it live during the show. Dan will answer as many of your questions as he can in our first ever livestream. We can't come to your town in person, but you can come to us."
Email questions to livestream@savagelovecast.com.
Tickets range from $10 to $100, plus fees, with all proceeds to benefit Northwest Harvest, which distributes food to a network of over 370 food banks, meal programs and high-need schools across Washington state.

In related news, organizers of the 15th annual Hump! Film Festival are tub-thumping its last streaming dates. The celebration of amateur erotica was forced to cancel its planned spring tour and pivoted to an online event.
The final two dates are Saturday, June 6 and Friday, June 12. Savage co-founded the festival and hosts the online series.
