Pornhub Offers Branded Hand Sanitizer, Encourages Fans to 'Squirt Safely'

NEW YORK — Pornhub has announced it has added hand sanitizer to its branded collection of products and apparel to help fans stay safe during the pandemic and encourages viewers to "squirt safely."

The company also announced that 100% of proceeds from Pornhub’s hand sanitizer will go towards the World Health Organization’s (WHO) COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund to benefit pandemic aid worldwide.

The same donation applies to all sales from items in Pornhub’s Stayhomehub apparel collection.

The lavender-scented, alcohol–based hand sanitizer is available in packs of three 2 oz. or 4 oz. bottles via the Pornhub Apparel website for $15 and $18, respectively.

“The sanitizer follows the CDC guidelines for safe personal usage and is made with 70% ethyl alcohol, over the minimum standard required to be effective against germs and viruses,” explained a rep. “This product is meant to safely complement the effort of having clean hands and should not replace regular hand washing as recommended by the CDC, the WHO and the National Institutes of Health.”

VP of Pornhub Corey Price stated that “the spread of the novel coronavirus has made hand sanitizer a part of our everyday higyene routines. People have been turning to sanitizers because of the safety and convenience they offer more than ever before. Pornhub has produced a special gel for its users to sanitize their hands with.”
