ThatsPersonal Shares Results of Indian Market Research

MUMBAI — ThatsPersonal.com is sharing the results of the fourth edition of its report on the Indian sex toy market, “India Uncovered: Insightful Analysis of Sex Products’ Trends in India.”

The report was generated after a granulated trend study of over 22 million visitors, 365,000 pleasure product orders and nearly 500,000 products sold, the company said.

Sharing his thoughts at the unveiling of the report, ThatsPersonal.com CEO Samir Saraiya, said, “It’s been a great journey so far with interesting learnings coming from our data mining and analytics. We always get asked interesting questions concerning the Indian market and we thought it would be fun to share our learnings with our fellow Indians. We find the market rapidly growing as Indians have shed their inhibitions and are open to experiment and try out new products.”

The report noted a 65 percent rise in sales during the lockdown due to COVID-19, and compares shopping trends among women versus men.
