MONTREAL — Ana Foxxx stars as "Sweet, Sweet Sally Mae" in writer-director Ricky Greenwood's all-girl homage to 1970s blaxploitation features for Girlsway and Adult Time. The film's tagline is, "She's Bad... She's Mean... She's a Lovin' Machine!"
"Sally Mae" stars "an inclusive and primarily Black cast," a rep said, "and marks Adult Time's first official collaboration with Greenwood. This film's release is part of the company's ongoing commitment to increase inclusivity and diversity on the streaming platform."
Noemie Bilas, Julie Kay, Valentina Nappi, Kira Noir, Scarlit Scandal, Sizi Sev and Misty Stone join Ana Foxxx in filling out the cast.
The hardcore version debuts today, with a softcore SFW edit also available on Adult Time's YouTube channel.
"Everyone knows my passion for 'exploitation' movies," noted Greenwood. "In the past, I directed a Women in Prison movie, 'Reform School Girls' and 'nunsploitation' movies. One of the genres I always craved to pay tribute to was Blaxploitation and it finally happened. We got a great cast for this amazing feature and had a lot of fun and laughter on set, you can tell by the final product."
"I am happy that Adult Time picked up the project and is giving it the exposure it deserves," he added.
