Nalpac Garners Pair of 2021 XBIZ Awards Nominations

FERNDALE, Mich. — Nalpac is celebrating a pair of 2021 XBIZ Awards nominations, including "Pleasure Products Distributor of the Year."

They are also contending for "Progressive Distributor of the Year."

"During 2020, Nalpac continued to build upon its growth as a company while expanding and strengthening partnerships, adding staff and finding creative ways to navigate through a global pandemic," noted a rep. "Nalpac was able to secure and offer PPE, including masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectants early during COVID to help customers keep staff, patrons and guests safe while assisting owners in reopening their businesses."

Nalpac CEO Steve Craig expressed gratitude for the recognition.

“We are truly honored for these nominations. This year was fraught with challenges, but it also presented an opportunity to improve our operations and solidify our values," he said. "In 2021, we hope to strengthen relationships with true partners and band together to achieve greater future success."

Phoebe Grott, director of marketing and strategic partnership, praised her team.

“Distribution is an often overlooked and underrated segment of the industry. Nalpac is working to change this through our fulfillment, merchandising and education programs that are designed to bridge the resources developed by adult manufacturers with services requested by our retail customers," she said. "Stocking and shipping over 20,000 SKUs is no small task, and everyone in the Nalpac team has a hand in making it happen. As Nalpac approaches our 50th year in business, these XBIZ Award nominations for 'Pleasure Products Distributor of the Year' and 'Progressive Distributor of the Year' are monumental."

"On behalf of us all, a big 'thank you' to our industry family and XBIZ for the recognition,” added Grott.
