Wicked Sensual Care Partners With WTU on 'Lube 101'

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading University (WTU) has paired with Wicked Sensual Care (WSC) for a new course, titled "Lube 101," on the platform's new Health & Wellness channel.

"Lube 101," a rep explained, "will give e-Learners a good foundation in lubricants, and cover several talking points that retailers should know in order to best serve their customers. Among these points are the ‘Whys’ of using lubricant, different ingredients that can be found in lubricants and their purpose and market trends that affect consumers' buying habits."

"As a retailer, being able to offer the right product for the customer’s needs is not only pertinent from a sales perspective, but also — and maybe most importantly — from a health and wellness standpoint as well," the rep said.

Educator and clinical sexologist Dr. Sunny Rodgers worked in concert with both companies to develop "Lube 101."

"Lubricants are so incredibly important for consumer health and wellbeing, and it was very fulfilling for me to be able to work with the WSC team to create such an impactful educational course," said Rodgers. "I know that retailers and their own end-consumers will be able to find a lot of value in the lessons provided in this course and the many others available on WTU’s Sexual Health channel."

Rachel M, a coordinator for WTU, echoed Rodgers' assertions.

"There are so many types of lubricants out there, and consumers can get easily overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices. This course was created to help give retailers an overview on the subject [and] introduces the learner to the basics and topics that one really needs to know in order to best help consumers," she said.

The rep noted WSC was "a natural choice" for for the e-learning platform as the company focuses on body-friendly lubricants that are safe "for even the most sensitive of users."

WSC's simply Aqua recently earned the 2021 XBIZ Award for "Sex Lubricant of the Year."

“We at WSC are very excited to be part of the Health & Wellness channel. It aligns perfectly with our mission," Director of Sales Jennifer Brice said. "Knowing what a great resource WTU is for retailers, we’re excited to see the impact this new channel will have as well."
