Bea York Pens XBIZ World Story on Reddit for Content Creators

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Content creator Bea York has penned an article for XBIZ World, titled “Navigating Reddit as an Adult Content Creator," about the marketing possibilities of using Reddit as a social media platform.

By giving readers the basics as well as tips on using Reddit, York “discusses what it takes to be a good Redditor, how Karma works, subreddits and following the rules,” a rep said.

Some of her suggestions are that subreddits don’t always equal money; there are specific subreddits dedicated to online services; and that while there are many in the Reddit community who are very anti-sex worker, it is a place that could be beneficial to one's brand. In short, explained the rep, the piece presents Reddit as another viable social media option since sex workers’ choices are dwindling.

“I think a lot of people have heard of Reddit but are unsure of how it works. It’s a worthwhile platform that may give you more visibility and potentially help your brand and bank account grow. It’s definitely worth a try and I hope my article gives other sex workers some great insight,” York said.

XBIZ World is available online. York’s specific article, “Navigating Reddit as an Adult Content Creator,” starts on page 82 and continues on page 95.
