PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading University (WTU) has partnered up with CalExotics on a new course on pelvic floor health for their Health & Wellness Channel.
The subject matter included in the course explains just what the pelvic floor is and what it does, covers some of the disorders that can affect both women and men’s pelvic floor health, and also how retailers can discuss the subject with their customers and make recommendations on how to strengthen the pelvic floor.
“CalExotics is no stranger to health and wellness, having produced a number of products — such as the Inspire — that focus on female wellness and health concerns," said a rep. “So when asked if they wanted to work on a course, their response was very positive and immediate.”
CalExotics Director of Marketing Nichole Grossman described WTU as “a great resource for education.”
“So when the Williams Trading team expanded on that to include health and wellness, we wanted to take part in it,” said Grossman. "At CalExotics, we believe education is an essential part of our industry and are thrilled to help educate our partners with the help of Dr. Jill McDevitt.”
A Lively Course
The “Pelvic Floor Health” course was written by McDevitt, CalExotics’ in-house sexpert.
Students who have taken courses from CalExotics on the regular WTU platform will be familiar with McDevitt, who, according to the rep, “has brought the manufacturer’s product training videos to life with her warmth and lively personality.”
WTU Coordinator Rachel M. said, “Dr. Jill has this energy about her that draws you in. We knew what she could do with product training, so we were very excited to have her write and appear in this course.”
The course, the rep added, “covers a lot of information, but it is far from dry and boring — students taking this module will get a good base of knowledge on the pelvic floor and issues that can arise throughout life, but Dr. Jill keeps the information easily digestible and understandable with the use of analogies and just the right amount of humor to keep e-learners following along.”
At the end of the course, students will be asked to take a short quiz on what they learned, and upon passing, register their completion just as they would on the regular WTU channel.
Every completion earns an entry into a monthly prize drawing.
